REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At AstroPrinciple, our operational focus is centered on professional excellence and dedicated support. However, because our specialized advisory tracks—including Sadhana coaching, traditional Tantra disciplines, Vedic astrology, brand numerology, and Vastu space engineering—are highly specialized, qualitative, and entirely intangible, individual subjective satisfaction cannot be visually showcased, guaranteed, or measured. Our firm operates under a strict, non-negotiable policy for all returns, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling adjustments as outlined explicitly below.

• Appointment Cancellations: Any request to cancel a scheduled consultation, coaching track, or advisory service milestone—submitted via any medium, including instant chat apps, support desk tickets, email correspondence, or telephone—shall be treated as a definitive termination of services. This action triggers an absolute non-refundable status. No refunds shall be processed, and no alternative appointment slots will be issued under the same invoice.
• Rescheduling Restrictions: Any request to reschedule an explicitly agreed-upon consultation appointment, session, or service slot—submitted via any medium, including instant chat apps, support desk tickets, email correspondence, or telephone—shall be legally treated as a voluntary cancellation of the original service. Because our advisory availability is rigidly blocked per client, this action results in an absolute non-refundable status, with zero rescheduling or transfer rights permitted under the same invoice.

Virtual, Downloadable, and Physical Product Deliverables

Digital Goods: There are absolute zero cancellations, returns, or refunds permitted on any virtual, downloadable, or streaming media assets once the transaction is completed.

Physical, Print, and Manufactured Goods: All physical fulfillment items, books, custom paperback prints, articles, talismans, or physical items are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable once an order is successfully logged into our database.

Live Interactive Programs, Workshops, and Subscriptions

We do not issue credits, cash refunds, or prorated adjustments for any one-time tuition payments or recurring subscription tiers that are canceled mid-program or at the immediate inception of a batch schedule. Modality of Consultations, Attendance, and Connection Responsibilities

1. Sessions Under 60 Minutes in Duration

All structured appointments, tactical touchpoints, or strategic alignments measuring under 60 minutes are executed strictly in an online digital format. Clients assume sole technical responsibility for initializing and maintaining a functional high-speed data connection, video bridge interface, or voice terminal through the explicit communication medium designated by Ashish Shrungarpure or our administration desk.

Absolute non-refundable status is triggered, with all rescheduling or transfer rights immediately forfeited, under any of the following parameters:

• The client’s data network or phone line is unreachable at the exact moment of the scheduled slot.
• The client fails to answer inbound connectivity attempts or neglects to initiate contact at the designated appointment hour.
• The client fails to join the virtual video bridge or voice link circulated by our office to facilitate the consultation.

2. Sessions Measuring 60 Minutes or Longer

Consultations measuring equal to or greater than 60 minutes in length may be scheduled for either online digital formats or highly restricted in-person corporate settings. However, we reserve the right to shift an in-person meeting format to an online video/voice conference at any time, for any internal operational reason, without prior notice or explanation.

Furthermore, in-person alignments will automatically convert to online video or voice configurations if any local, state, or central government body mandates a lockdown, curfew, or physical travel restriction due to a public health event, natural calamity, or force majeure circumstance. In all such adaptive instances, the original transaction maintains an absolute non-refundable status. The consultation will be completed through available digital voice or data video feeds, and the client remains fully responsible for their own hardware and network connectivity as detailed above.
