Your details and floor plan are collected first. During the video-enabled consultation, you show the rooms and areas covered by your selected plan.

At the mutually scheduled time, show the rooms and areas included under your selected plan—such as rooms, bathrooms, hall, kitchen, lobby and garden—during the 60- or 90-minute consultation.

Before You Book

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I choose Type A or Type B?

Choose Type A only for a maximum 1–3 BHK flat or a single-floor property/land up to 2,000 sq ft. Choose Type B for a larger flat, bungalow up to ground + first floor, or a duplex up to 3,000 sq ft. If your layout falls outside these limits, ask on WhatsApp before paying.

Can this be used before buying a property?

Yes. The service can be used for an already purchased property or for a buy-or-not-buy review, provided you can submit a plan with directions and dimensions.

Can the property be unconstructed?

Yes. Both Type A and Type B can cover constructed or unconstructed premises within their stated size and configuration limits.

Whose birth details are required?

Birth details of any one owner are used. For rented premises, the tenant associated with the premises may provide their birth details.

What must I submit after payment?

One owner’s birth details, the property plan with directions and dimensions, and your requirements, questions or concerns through the form shared after payment verification.

When will the consultation be scheduled?

After the payment and submitted details are reviewed, the video-enabled property consultation is scheduled according to mutual availability.

What happens during the video-enabled consultation?

You show the rooms and areas covered by your selected plan—such as rooms, bathrooms, hall, kitchen, lobby and garden—so they can be reviewed during the consultation.

When will I receive the report?

The detailed written report is shared within two to three working days after the video-enabled consultation.

Is a Vastu Pooja or inauguration muhurat included?

No. Muhurat selection is a separate astrology service and is not included in this Astro-Vastu consultation.
