Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By booking, paying for and/or using a service, submitting a service and/or consultation form, creating and/or using an account, accepting these Terms electronically and/or otherwise entering into a service arrangement with Ashish Shrungarpure, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not book, pay for and/or use the relevant service.

2. Service Provider and Trade Name

Ashish Shrungarpure is the Service Provider.

AstroPrinciple is the Trade Name used in connection with this Website and the services displayed and/or offered on it.

The use of the Trade Name does not change the identity of the Service Provider for bookings, payments, service delivery, complaints, grievances and/or legal obligations.

3. Nature of Services

Services may include consultation, advisory, coaching, educational, guided-practice, wellness-oriented and/or personal-development services.

These may include, without limitation:

• Vedic Astrology and horoscope consultation;
• Numerology consultation;
• Vastu consultation;
• Muhurat and traditional timing consultation;
• Money Manifestation coaching and guided practice;
• Yoga, meditation, pranayama and Kundalini-related practices;
• Wellness, weight-management and/or personal-transformation programmes;
• Business-oriented advisory discussions;
• Educational programmes, workshops, group sessions and/or courses;
• Personal guidance and/or non-astrology discussion services; and
• Any other consultation, advisory, coaching, educational and/or related service offered by Ashish Shrungarpure.

Services may include supporting and/or personalised materials such as charts, reports, worksheets, presentations, consultation notes, digital documents, printed documents and/or other service-related material.

4. Traditional, Spiritual and Interpretive Services

Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Muhurat, mantra, meditation, manifestation, Kundalini and/or other traditional or spiritual practices are offered as traditional, interpretive, educational, spiritual and/or personal-development practices.

No representation is made that any future event, destiny, result and/or personal outcome can be guaranteed, compelled and/or controlled with certainty.

Ashish Shrungarpure does not claim that any service can guarantee supernatural results, guarantee alteration of destiny, produce miracle cures and/or compel a particular future event.

Human and/or animal sacrifice, coercive practices, harmful rituals, fraudulent miracle cures and/or unlawful, dangerous or inhuman practices are not offered or promoted.

5. No Guarantee of Results, Predictions or Outcomes

Results may depend upon circumstances outside the control of Ashish Shrungarpure, including personal decisions, actions, effort, health, third parties, market conditions and/or future events.

No warranty and/or guarantee is made concerning any personal, professional, financial, business, career, relationship, marriage, health, wellness, spiritual, astrological, manifestation, Vastu, Muhurat and/or other result.

6. Not Medical, Legal, Financial or Other Regulated Professional Advice

Health, medical, legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, property, business and/or other professional themes, where discussed, are discussed only for advisory, astrological, interpretive, educational and/or general guidance.

Such discussions do not replace diagnosis, advice and/or services from an appropriately qualified professional where professional assistance is required.

You remain responsible for obtaining independent appropriately qualified professional advice before making decisions requiring regulated professional expertise.

7. Wellness, Yoga, Meditation and Physical Practices

Yoga, pranayama, breathing practices, meditation, Kundalini, fitness, weight-management and/or other wellness-oriented practices are offered for educational, practice and/or wellness purposes.

They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment and/or a cure for disease and do not replace appropriate medical care.

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for determining whether a practice is appropriate for you and/or obtaining medical advice or clearance where appropriate.

8. Service Description and Booking

The applicable service page, booking page, payment page and/or written communication may describe the principal features, applicable fee, format, duration, dates, requirements, inclusions and/or other material conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable details before payment.

A booking is confirmed only after required payment has been successfully received and/or the booking has otherwise been expressly confirmed by Ashish Shrungarpure.

9. Fees and Payments

The applicable fee is the amount displayed and/or communicated for the relevant service at the time of booking.

Payments may be processed using Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, banking channels and/or other available payment methods.

Third-party payment providers operate their own systems, terms, security procedures and/or privacy practices.

A failed, reversed, incomplete and/or unsuccessful payment does not by itself create a confirmed paid booking.

10. Final, Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fees

Cancellation, withdrawal, change of mind, non-attendance, partial attendance, late arrival, early departure, discontinuation, dissatisfaction, inability to participate and/or failure to obtain a desired result does not create a contractual right to return of any amount paid.

The amount paid does not become a full refund, partial refund, pro-rata refund, service credit, wallet credit, transfer, replacement session, make-up session, recording, programme extension, future-batch entitlement and/or other substitute merely because the client does not fully use the service.

11. Attendance, Missed Sessions and Rescheduling

Partial attendance and/or missed sessions do not entitle a participant to any full and/or partial refund.

Attending one session and missing another, attending some sessions and missing others, joining late, leaving early and/or discontinuing a programme does not create a refund, credit, transfer, recording, replacement and/or future-batch entitlement.

A client has no automatic contractual right to reschedule a confirmed booking.

Any reschedule, future batch, extension, credit, transfer, make-up session and/or other accommodation voluntarily offered by Ashish Shrungarpure is a goodwill exception and does not create a precedent and/or continuing entitlement.

12. Service-Provider Rescheduling and Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Ashish Shrungarpure may reasonably reschedule, postpone and/or temporarily interrupt a service because of illness, emergency, technical difficulty, platform disruption, governmental action, infrastructure failure, natural event and/or other circumstances affecting delivery.

Where reasonably practicable, the affected service will be completed at an alternative date, time and/or through another reasonable delivery arrangement.

13. Accuracy and Timeliness of Client Information

Many services depend upon information supplied by the client. You are responsible for supplying information that is accurate, complete and timely to the best of your knowledge.

Incorrect, incomplete, delayed and/or misleading information may affect calculations, preparation, interpretations, recommendations, reports and/or service delivery.

Ashish Shrungarpure is not responsible for inaccuracies caused materially by incorrect, incomplete and/or misleading information provided by the client.

14. Information About Other Persons and Minors

If you provide information concerning another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate permission, authority and/or another lawful basis to provide that information.

Where the person whose horoscope, information and/or circumstances are being examined is under 18, the booking and submission of personal and/or birth details must be completed and/or authorised by a parent, legal guardian and/or another person lawfully authorised to act for the minor.

15. Live Sessions, Privacy and Recordings

Consultations, workshops, programmes and/or guided practices may be delivered using Google Meet, telephone, WhatsApp and/or another communication platform identified for the service.

No recording is promised or provided merely because a participant misses and/or cannot attend a live session.

Participants must not record, reproduce, stream, publicly broadcast and/or redistribute a private consultation, workshop, programme and/or group session without prior permission.

16. Intellectual Property

Original website text, original graphics, presentations, reports, worksheets, programme material, audio, video, consultation material, branding and/or original educational material are owned by and/or lawfully used by Ashish Shrungarpure.

Material supplied as part of a service is for personal, non-transferable use unless another licence is expressly provided.

Protected material may not be commercially reproduced, sold, licensed, redistributed and/or commercially exploited without permission.

17. Acceptable Website Use

You must not use the Website for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, malicious activity, unlawful data extraction, malware distribution, infringement of another person's rights and/or other unlawful or materially harmful activity.

Reasonable access restrictions may be imposed where necessary to protect users, systems, data, intellectual property and/or legal rights.

18. Third-Party Platforms

Independent third parties may provide payment processing, hosting, communication, video-meeting, analytics, social-media and/or other operational services.

Such providers operate their own systems, terms, privacy practices and/or security procedures.

Ashish Shrungarpure is not responsible for independent third-party operation where the matter is outside his reasonable control.

19. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes and/or limits liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded and/or limited.

Subject to applicable law, Ashish Shrungarpure is not responsible for indirect, remote, incidental and/or consequential loss arising solely from a client's independent decision to rely upon an advisory, interpretive, educational, coaching, wellness-oriented and/or spiritual service.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate contractual liability arising directly from a particular paid service will ordinarily not exceed the amount actually paid for that service.

21. Customer Care and Grievance Redressal

Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and addressed within one month, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the grievance.

22. Mandatory Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, waives and/or restricts any right, liability and/or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, waived and/or restricted.

To the extent of a direct conflict, mandatory applicable law prevails.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to statutory consumer rights and/or another mandatory forum available under applicable law, courts having lawful jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra may exercise jurisdiction.

24. Changes, Severability and Entire Understanding

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, operational practices, technology and/or applicable law.

If any provision is invalid and/or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, the applicable service description, booking and/or payment confirmation, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Legal Disclaimer and clearly disclosed service-specific conditions form the principal terms governing the relevant service.
